WDF & Ladies Who Tech SheShares, are bringing together UX Designers to share insights to those aspiring to be UX Designers.

在《决定未来的10种人》一书中，用户体验设计师（UX Designer）被列为推动企业创新的10类关键角色之一，书中提到：用户体验设计师能够从身边的事物中汲取灵感，以人为中心设计出卓越的体验，不仅能够实现功能的新目标，更能够满足顾客深层次的需求。

In the book "10 Kinds of People Who Determine the Future", the user experience (UX) designer is listed as one of the 10 key roles in promoting enterprise innovation. The book explains that UX Designers can learn from the things around them.  Drawing inspiration and designing excellent experiences with people as the center can achieve new goals of functions and meet the deep-seated needs of customers.

在数字化科技迅速发展以及传统行业纷纷转型的当下，用户体验设计师面临着时代的机遇和挑战。市场竞争和新技术要求设计师不断成长，进入的门槛也在逐渐升高，但与之同时，企业对用户体验、交互设计的需求也在迅猛增加，前景十分可观。

With the rapid development of digital technology and the transformation of traditional industries, UX Designers are faced with the opportunities and challenges of the times. Market competition and new technologies require designers to continue to grow, and the barriers to entry are gradually rising. But at the same time, the needs of enterprises for user experience and interaction design are also increasing rapidly. The future of UX Designers is very promising.

优秀的用户体验设计可以为使用者创造美好的经历，给他们带来愉悦、高兴、满足甚至拥有成就感的体验。但成为一个优秀的用户体验设计师需要拥有多元化的思维模式、高效的跨团队沟通协调能力和过硬的专业技能。

Excellent user experience design can create a beautiful experience for users, bringing them joy, happiness, satisfaction and even a sense of accomplishment.  But to be an excellent UX Designer requires diversified thinking modes, efficient cross-team communication and coordination, and strong professional skills.

What is WDF？

2021年初，微软与领导力咨询公司DDI，Ladies Who Tech等机构和企业合作，发起了“Women · Digital · Future数字未来·女性赋能行动”（WDF），计划帮助100万名中国科技女性提升数字技能、自信拥抱数字未来。 在数字化转型加速的当下，使更多女性不仅可以凭借科技的力量成就自身的梦想，更能为行业乃至整个社会带来多样化的创新活动，在数字化时代发挥更大的影响力。 《数字经济下中国职场女性发展白皮书》是WDF行动中重要里程碑之一。

In early 2021, Microsoft aligned with Ladies Who Tech and DDI to initiate the “Women · Digital · Future (WDF)” initiative aimed at helping 1 million Chinese women who are keen in increasing digital skills, confidently embrace the digital future.  With the current trend of digital transformation, WDF wants to enable more women to realize their dreams by the power of technology, bring more contribution to their industries as well as society with more creativity, and make more impact in this digital world.  The white paper, Women in the Digital Economy, a Look at China, is one of the major milestones initiated by WDF.
