The technology innovation, software integration and database exchange has an impressive impact on communication   in the workplace and further boost the development of Finance Share Service Centre.

财务共享中心不仅仅是单纯的集中化会计服务，同时它还需要根据实际内部客户的需求，标准化及最优化会计流程以达到工作效率的最大化，并由此促进企业价值的进一步创造。传统观念中会计工作最需要的熟练核算能力已经被逐渐弱化，健全的财务软件系统几乎承担了全部的基础计算和会计报表编制工作。会计人员的核心竞争力开始转变为对公司业务流程链的熟知，对于各项日常业务进行准确的职业判断，以及解决内部客户-公司各业务部门间难题的能力。

Finance Share Service Centre not only   focus on centralized accounting service whereas it would also standardize and maximize organization accounting process with work efficiency according from internal customer demands in order to boost organization value creation. The most demanded reporting skills in accounting relevant work has been weaken   from traditional concept where a comprehensive accounting software system   would able to cover all basic accounting and reporting works. The core   competitiveness for accountant has transform into business process chain analysis and enables to make professional judgment for daily businesses. That skill would help accountants to resolve internal communications problem   between organization and its subsidiaries.

共享服务行业对财会界已经拥有了不可忽视的影响力。西方发达经济体80年代就已产生的共享服务，如今在中国是否有了不同的内涵？中国企业能否实现弯道超车？人工智能将对它产生怎样的影响？什么样的人才是财务共享中心需要的人才？

Share Service industry has a great impact on finance and accounting sector nowadays. Western economy body has established shared service in 80s century. What will it be in China nowadays?  Did Share Service in China overtaken Western Mode? How would AI effect on SSCs? What kind of finance talent is needed by SSCs in the marketplace?

ACCA /ZTE/GE Global Shared Service survey result release

越来越多的企业开始探索如何能够成功地建立，管理和运营一家成功的共享服务中心，并使之更好地为业务提供支持和创造价值。为了帮助更多的企业了解这一方面的困惑，本环节将主要介绍ACCA联合中兴通讯财务云及GE全球运营中心于今年3月初共同发起的一项关于共享服务中心的调研，并基于近400家企业调研的数据分析以及在北上深三地组织的三场近50位财务共享高管的闭门讨论所得出的调研结果。

Organizations tend to start exploring in how to establish, manage and   operate a healthy SSC. Also enable it to help create value and provide   support to business field. The purpose of this section is to help   organizations resolve related problems. This session will mainly introduce   ACCA, ZTE and GE global operation center questionnaire survey about Share   Service operation and management. The result of the survey was based on 400   organizations research database analysis and 50 finance director discussion   events in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

All these strange nouns   have a great impact on manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, FMCG industries   because of “Robot”. “Human lives with Robot” tend to become the new topic in   this era. But how do we handle such topic in finance field? GE global   operation Asia Pacific Centre will bring their Key note speech: The impact of   Artificial Intelligence in talent development around current SSCs in the   marketplace.
