白云嶂，因时有白云缭绕，故名。海拔1003.5米，为惠阳区最高峰。此山半山腰以上是大片芦苇和芒草，各个季节都很美。

Baiyunzhang Mountain is named for its white clouds. It is 1003.5 meters above sea level, the highest peak in Huiyang District. Above the mountainside is a vast expanse of reeds and awns, which are beautiful in all seasons.

银瓶嘴，远望山体似一樽银瓶，山尖如嘴，故名。海拔898.2米，是东莞市最高峰。山体多属花岗岩，土壤为黄壤，山顶奇异岩石裸露。

Yinpingzui Mountain, which looks like a silver bottle from a distance and the peak looks like mouth. It is 898.2 meters above sea level, the highest peak in Dongguan. The mountain body is mostly granite, the soil is yellow soil, and the top of the mountain is bare with strange rocks.

我们这次是白云嶂，银瓶嘴连登，全程12km，爬升1000米，难度为2星，途中2/3处有一个下撤点，根据自身体力选择下撤。

We will climb Baiyunzhang Mountain and then Yinpingzui Mountain, the lenth of the route is about 12 km, the elevation is about 1000 meters and the difficulty is 2 stars out of 5. There is a drop point at 2/3 on the way, you can choose to descend according to your physical strength.

【行程安排】

07:40 深大地铁站A2出口

08:05 白石龙地铁站B出口

08:35 丹竹头地铁站A出口集合出发，领队介绍行程，队员们自我介绍认识新朋友    

10:10 到达盘古宫，休整热身后开始上山

12:00 山脊休息，吃干粮分享午餐（建议多带水果）

13:30 登顶白云嶂，大合影后下山

14:00 下到白云嶂银瓶嘴之间的山谷（此处可以下撤）15:00 登顶银瓶嘴（主要是台阶路段）

16:30 下到山脚盘古宫，自由参观游玩

17:30 上车返程

19:00 回到深圳

【装备要求】

长袖衣裤、一套替换衣服、徒步鞋（登山鞋、运动鞋）、双肩背包、登山杖、护膝、帽子、头巾、太阳镜、手套、一次性雨衣、头灯、相机、充电宝等

【食品和水】

食品：面包、八宝粥、牛肉干、水果、榨菜、士力架巧克力等零食(自己喜欢吃什么就带什么即可)

水：2L（根据个人喝水量增减）、功能饮料500ml、备用水500ml

【活动费用】

包含包车费，领队服务费，保险费用。如果自己买保险请特别说明。如因不可抗力因素导致活动取消，则全额退款。

07:40 Shenzhen University Metro Station exit A2 

08:05 Baishilong Metro Station exit B 

08:35 Danzhutou Metro Station exit A, the leader introduce the trip, and team members introduce themselves  and make new friends

10:10 Arrive at Pangu Palace, rest and warm up, then start hiking

12:00 Have lunch on the ridge, share food with each other, please bring some fruits

13:30 Ascend to the top of Baiyunzhang Mountain, take a group photo and then down the mountain

14:00 Down to the valley between Baiyunzhang Mountain and Yinpingzui Mountain (where you can descend to the foot of mountain)

15:00 Ascend to the top of Yinpingzui Mountain(mainly steps)

16:30 Go down to Pangu Palace at the foot of the mountain and visit it freely.

17:30 Get on the bus and go back to Shenzhen

19:00 Return to Shenzhen

[Equipment Requirements]

Long-sleeved clothes, A change of clothes, hiking shoes (climbing shoes, sports shoes), shoulder backpacks, climbing sticks, knee pads, hats, headscarves, sunglasses, gloves, disposable raincoats, headlamp, cameras, power bank, etc.

[Food and water]

Food: bread, mixed congee, beef jerky, fruit, pickles, Snickers chocolate and other snacks (you can take whatever you like)

Water: 2L (increase or decrease according to individual drinking), 500ml functional beverage, 500ml standby water
