    1982 年,乔布斯让著名摄影师安娜沃克尔为其拍摄了一张禅修的照片,

    他亲自为这张照片题词:“这是一个经典的时刻。我独自一人,所需要的不过是一杯茶、一盏台灯和一台音响。

    你知道,这就是我的全部。”

    他的自传作者Issacson曾经问乔布斯为什么冥想?他说

    如果你坐下来观察,你会发现你的大脑思绪多么杂乱,如果你试图安稳它们,你会发现会更糟。但是,慢慢的,你就静下来了,开始有空间去听见更多的暗藏涌动的事物,然后你的直觉灵感就如花朵一般盛开,你看见更多,体会更多。一切都在无限放大,你看到到远超过以前。这一切都是规律,你只需要去练习。


    Steve jobs once told to Issacson about why he meditate.

    "If you just sit and observe, you will see how restless your mind is," If you try to calm it, it only makes things worse, but over time it does calm, and when it does, there's room to hear more subtle things - that's when your intuition starts to blossom and you start to see things more clearly and be in the present more. Your mind just slows down, and you see a tremendous expanse in the moment. You see so much more than you could see before. It's a discipline; you have to practice it."

    -哈佛幸福课之冥想 Positive Psychology- Meditation

    《哈佛幸福课》在讲到“运动与冥想”时,也为如何收获幸福开出了处方灵药:

      1. 每周4次半小时的身体锻炼;

      2. 每周6-7次15分钟的冥想练习;

      3. 每天保证8小时睡眠;

      4. 每天至少12个拥抱。


    Positive Psychology at Harvard stated how to get happy

    1. 4 times of 30mins exercise per week

    2. 6-7times meditation of 15mins

    3. 8 hours sleep everyday

    4. 12 hugs at least a day
