八月我们精心设计了一系列不同形式的健身课程，无论是健身小白，还是运动达人均可免费加入，更有暖心的课后小食来为你补充能量。

盛大的启动“爬梯”将于8月3号在WeWork星荟中心举行，高质量健身课程总共维持四周，每周都有不同健身主题，8月31号更有颁奖盛典，来和我们一起玩嗨这个夏天！

With carefully designed series of fitness courses in different workout formats, this Fitness Camp adapts to everyone whether you are a fitness beginner 

or athletic professional. 

After-lesson snacks are also provided!
