Crystal has more than 10 years’ working experience in technological products in Robotics/Automation. Having worked in Europe, she is able to empower multicultural teams and clients as an APAC VP of sales. She is good at starting from scratch with the experience of developing the market/team from the very beginning and having enaged in a start-up company. She is passionate about creating/maintaining a sustainable Eco-system for both enviroment and human relationship. She organizes plogging events and empathy workshops regularly to engage more people to take care of our enviroment and social communities. Finally she is also involved with some start- ups, to bring more branding awareness, extend the business and bring in investors in Shanghai together with her friend Yoann.
