With half of the planet being female, a subject that is shaping the present and future of innovation & entrepreneurship is more than ever the empowerment of women leadership and female-run businesses. 

Women are harnessing their knowledge, technology and ecosystems to pave the way for incredible new businesses in various industries and to become leaders in venture capital firms. 

Yet, women fundraisers are still in positions where they are one of a few women and there's still an inequity of investment support for female founders. 

But now more than ever women push for change in all industries, become more present and active in investment roles and a marked willingness to invest in women’s ideas and businesses is arising. 

由于地球上一半的人口是女性，一个正在塑造创新和创业现在和未来的主题，比以往任何时候都更重要的是赋予女性领导能力和女性经营企业的权力。 

女性正在利用她们的知识、技术和生态系统，为各行各业令人难以置信的新业务铺平道路，并成为风险投资公司的领导者。

然而，女性筹资者仍然是少数女性之一，而且对女性创始人的投资支持仍然不公平。

但现在，女性比以往任何时候都更积极地推动所有行业的变革，在投资角色上变得更加活跃，而且越来越明显地愿意投资于女性的想法和企业。

Claire is leading Mor.AI's marketing, business cooperation and human resources planning.

Under her leadership, the team opened up the automotive and home appliance market, and reached business cooperation with a number of international, local car manufacturers and globally renowned home appliance brands.

Formerly, she was DJI-Innovations North America Human Resources and Customer Relations Leader.

Further, Claire formerly was North America's senior hi-tech industry executive searcher. She has provided excellent technical backbones for companies such as Microsoft, Bank of America, and Apple.

克莱尔在领导蓦然。人工智能的市场营销、商业合作和人力资源规划。

Mareike works as an Investment Manager for a venture capital firm where she looks for consumer internet and tech startups that improve people's everyday life (covering food, health, wellness & lifestyle). Moreover, she got involved in the London and Berlin Tech scene and is currently running the Berlin Chapter of Startup Grind. Mareike also gained some experience in the consulting, finance & investment word before she decided to deep dive into the startup world.

Rhea See is the Co-Founder and COO of SHE LOVES TECH, a global platform which houses the world's largest startup competition focused on women and technology. Previously in charge of the performing arts programs at Parinama Cultural Development Foundation, a non-profit arts and culture foundation, she currently consults for them on branding, program development and new media initiatives. She also has marketing and public relations experience from Lean In China, Estee Lauder Companies, Edelman, etc.

Katja is the founder and head of the German Innovators, a Beijing based platform that is intended to bridge innovation, entrepreneurship and talents from the German innovation landscape with the concordant ecosystem in China. 

Additionally, she leads the German Desk in the Corporate Innovation Team at Zhongguancun Innoway,  a Chinese state-owned company and landmark for entrepreneurship in China, to introduce German Innovators and Entrepreneurs to the Chinese ecosystem and vice versa. 

Katja was in the founding team of the first StartupGrind University Beijing chapter and leads now, as one of the directors three active and six rising chapters in Beijing. 

She has two years of China experience with an academic background in Innovation Management. 

Katja是德国创新者(German innovator)的创始人和负责人，这是一个总部位于北京的平台，旨在将德国创新领域的创新、创业和人才与中国和谐的生态系统连接起来。
