活动简介：

Door factories make beautiful doors. We are making them smart but ugly by putting visible technologies like cameras and locks that are glued together through cables, batteries, screws etc.

门工厂制造漂亮的门，但是人们通过将可见技术（如通过电缆，电池，螺丝等粘在一起的相机和锁具）使门变得智能却丑陋。

Rather than bolting these technologies onto beautiful dumb doors, why not integrate the smartness into the doors so the technologies are hidden but the user experience is visible, smooth and reliable.

相较于将这些技术绑定在漂亮的门上，我们为什么不将智能融入门中，从而在隐藏技术的同时保证用户体验的稳定可靠呢？

Lets us re-image doors that are “born” smart by having a lively discussion among door factories, designers and digital technology professionals.

Dr. Hugh Rashid is a practitioner-scholar with over 25 years of experience working and consulting with global organizations in the US, Europe and Asia on product innovation and digital transformation of business processes.

Currently he is focused on helping traditional product manufacturers build smart products that create superior user experiences of their traditional products using digital transformation technologies such as digital sensors, electronic hardware, cloud platforms, big data and artificial intelligence software.
