在讲座《十年创想实践路》中，主讲人张周捷将围绕正在昊美术馆（温州）举办的个人展览展开论述。

他将首次向公众分享个人丰富的数字艺术之旅，以及对“人机结合”这一未来创作和生产趋势的深刻解读。

听众也得以近距离聆听这位青年创作人的先锋实践、独立思维逻辑。

本次讲座由昊美术馆与温州肯恩大学迈克尔格雷夫斯建筑与设计学校联合呈现，系昊美术馆“讲座进校园”系列之一。

Hear artist Zhang Zhoujie in a unique lecture!

Zhang Zhoujie’s work focuses on digital art, surfaces composed of points and lines, fabrication and spatialization, positioning itself at the intersection of art, design, architecture, and philosophy.

To coincide with Zhang Zhoujie's display at HOW Museum (Wenzhou), this lecture Innovative Thinking: 10 years of my creative journey is a rare opportunity to hear the experimental practice of the artist in feature and his pioneer thinking on the digital future.  

This lecture is presented by HOW Museum in collaboration with Michael Graves College of Architecture and Design, Wenzhou-Kean University. 

关于艺术家

About Zhang Zhoujie

张周捷，独立设计师、数字艺术家。

毕业于英国中央圣马丁艺术与设计学院，为英国建筑师协会访问研究员，自2010年创立张周捷数字实验室以来，一直是数字创作领域的先锋实践者。

他的作品带有鲜明的独立性、实验性和未来性，探索数字形态的演化及制造。张周捷认为，数字语境中的事物可以像自然界万物般生长变化，他所做的即是寻找其中的原理和迹象。他的作品主要关注逻辑的极简性、结果的多样性和不可预见性，这一切都源自他对自然的理解。

其作品在世界范围内广泛展出，并被众多博物馆、画廊及私人收藏，同时也受到了《Wallpaper*》、《纽约时报》、《Vogue》等主流媒体的关注与报道。

Independent Designer and Digital Artist.

Zhang graduated from Central Saint Martins Art & Design College in London, and is a member of the Architectural Association School of Architecture. He established Zhoujie Zhang Digital Lab in 2010. 

He is a pioneer in the realm of digital creativity.

His work is known for being independent, experimental and futuristic. Zhang believes that objects in the digital world can grow and morph much like things found in nature, and he is dedicated to discovering and exploring the methods within these transformations. His work mainly focuses on the simplicity of logic, variety and unpredictability, which is based on his understanding of nature.

His collections have been exhibited widely around the world and selected by museums as well as individual collectors. His work has appeared in mainstream media such as Wallpaper*, the New York Times, and Vogue.

About Zhang Zhoujie & “Zhang Zhoujie”

展览时间：2018.11.24 - 2019.03.10（即将闭幕）

本次展览很简洁地呈现了思维的点与线。试图提供熟悉和陌生感体验，如《剧场理论》中，真实与虚拟不断的交互迭代。看事物如何在电脑中构成，图像化物理性运动，光、椅子背面、黑石碑的影，都是真实的暗面，并不断转化。展览的视觉化，可以帮助观者理解，在思维上重构数字运算，和物质生成的过程。在这里展览是结果，也是一个逆向思考的基点。

This exhibition offers the experience of both familiar and unknown to the audience, a constant iteration through real and virtual as found in "drama theory".  The light, the back of the chair, a shadow cast by the monolith – the dark side of reality in constant motion made visible. Through this visualization, this exhibition aids the audience to mentally reconstruct processes of computation and formation of matter. It is the exhibition that is both a result and an origin of reverse thinking.
